The role of a DEVETOPER Partner is to act as a filter, assessing whether the client is genuinely interested in purchasing a property.

An experienced Partner will:

🔹 Understand the client’s expectations and available budget
🔹 Present property offers in detail
🔹 Explain each stage of the transaction
🔹 Prepare the client with the necessary knowledge for the purchase

Once the Partner confirms that the client has a real intention to buy, they can register and submit the client’s information via the Broker Panel, which enables the next steps toward finalizing the transaction.
