To protect the interests of our clients and the reputation of the DEVETOPER platform, we inform that if a PARTNER REAL ESTATE AGENCY:

• Fails to respond to messages from DEVETOPER
• Ignores inquiries or messages from clients interested in specific properties
• Shows no real interest in promoting or selling properties in Spain
• Or blocks a location long-term without taking any action, preventing other active PARTNERS from using it effectively

— then the account of that PARTNER will be removed from the platform.
