Panorama View is a modern mixed-use project under construction in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia). The project was designed by RMJM architectural studio for G1, the development arm of AWJ Holding.
The investment is being built in one of the most prestigious locations in the city – opposite Panorama Mall, at the intersection of Tahliah and Takhassousi streets, one of the most important business and commercial centers in Riyadh.

two sculptural towers connected by a bridge
a facade inspired by the desert valleys of Saudi Arabia
a stone and glass facade creating a “vertical dunes” effect.
The materials and structure of the facade create a dynamic play of light and shadow throughout the day.

Three city squares will be created at street level:
• Terhab Plaza – an entrance area with water and greenery
• Multaqa Plaza – a space for social gatherings
• Atyaf Plaza – restaurants, cafes, and terraces.
The following will be used:

🌞 shaded seating areas.
🌱 Sustainable architecture
The project has been designed with the climate of Riyadh in mind:
facades that limit the heating of the building
shaded walking routes
effective water management
local vegetation resistant to the desert climate.
