Capri
REF: HIS1005Description
A project facing the sea and mountains, whose architecture blends into its surroundings, creating its own habitat, where the sun and the Mediterranean Sea mark the passage of time
Capri owes its name to the Neapolitan island, the quintessence of Mediterranean life, where the famous Roman emperor Octavian Augustus had an imperial villa, which he visited regularly for 40 years. Our project captures the essence of this natural and peaceful environment, transforming it into a unique, modern residential complex.
The Guadalmansa River winds through the hills towards the sea. The views from the hills are spectacular, and it is this location that was chosen for Capri. This extraordinary enclave, perfectly connected to Estepona and Marbella, is ideal for year-round relaxation.
The shape of Capri adapts to the terrain, taking full advantage of its elevation to provide unique views of the coast and mountains.
