Capri
REF: HIS1005Description
A project facing the sea and mountains, whose architecture blends in with its surroundings to create its own habitat, where the sun and the Mediterranean Sea mark the passage of time Capri owes its name to the Neapolitan island, the quintessence of Mediterranean life, where the famous Roman emperor Octavian Augustus had an imperial villa that he visited regularly for 40 years. Our project captures the essence of this natural and peaceful setting, transforming it into a unique, modern residential complex, with the Guadalmansa River winding through the hills toward the sea. The views from the hills are spectacular and it is this location that was chosen for Capri. This remarkable enclave, perfectly connected to Estepona and Marbella, is ideal for year-round recreation. The shape of Capri adapts to the terrain, taking full advantage of its elevation to provide unique views of the coast and mountains.
