Once the customer has made full payment for the purchased property, the developer notifies the DEVETOPER platform. The DEVETOPER platform then notifies the realtor via the AGENT PANEL that the transaction has been successfully completed and that the realtor can issue an invoice for the agreed amount under the commission agreement. The intermediary sends the invoice to the DEVETOPER platform via the AGENT PANEL.
